Every journey we design carries the weight of sixteen years of relationships — with the chef who opens his kitchen for us, the historian who walks Cartagena's walls at dawn, the farmer in the Sierra Nevada who serves coffee at his own table. Those relationships were built one introduction at a time, by people who genuinely love this country.

Camilo did not arrive at luxury travel through a corporate program. He arrived through curiosity.
In 1997 he joined British Airways Colombia — learning how the world moves, how travelers think, what the difference is between a good experience and an unforgettable one. In 2005 he founded the leading Asia specialist in Latin America, with operations across Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Panama, and Ecuador. In 2008 he founded Colombian's Gate — a luxury DMC built from scratch for the international market. As the operation grew, it became the natural partner for Metropolitan Touring, one of Latin America's most respected travel groups, and was rebranded as Metropolitan Touring Colombia. For sixteen years, Camilo led that company as General Manager.
In 2026, that company became AURALIS. The name changed. The standard did not.
Camilo personally reviews every AURALIS itinerary before it is sent to a client. He knows every supplier by name. He answers his own email. When something goes wrong — and in travel, something always eventually goes wrong — he is the one who fixes it.

Natalia runs AURALIS operations with the kind of precision that only comes from years of doing this in a country where improvisation is part of the culture. She knows every route, every contingency, every reason a transfer might be delayed and exactly how to solve it before the client notices. When your client lands in Colombia, Natalia is already three steps ahead.

Claudia manages purchasing, acquisitions, and the customer journey — which means she is simultaneously the person who negotiates the best access for our travelers and the person who maps every touchpoint of their experience. Nothing enters an AURALIS itinerary without Claudia knowing exactly what it costs, what it delivers, and whether it meets the standard.
